In Short: We do not collect any personal information other than these you voluntarily input into the Service (staff), or information that was input by your teacher to assist your learning (student).

We do not collect any personal information other than these you voluntarily provide to us when registering at the Service, when engaging with the Service, or otherwise contacting us. This will include your name and email address, a hash of your chosen password (not the actual password) to enable you to login, the modules and cohorts you created, the list of students on these cohorts, learning outcomes, labs and coursework. Student data consists of the student ID, first and last name, and their email address so students can login as well and receive email feedback on their coursework. Students' passwords are automatically created by the Service, and are emailed to the students.

In Short: You may review, change, or terminate your account at any time. For team members, we might need your manager's authorisation to delete your account to ensure any historic data that needs to be reported is not lost.

Account Information

For staff (teachers): You can at any time request the termination of your account and that your team data be removed from ours servers.

For students: You can at any time request that your account be closed and any data we hold about you be deleted from our servers. For students we will first ensure that your teacher is aware of this, and that any historic data that the manager might need for reporting purposes is not lost.

Cookies and similar technologies: Most web browsers are set to accept cookies by default. If you prefer, you can usually choose to set your browser to remove cookies and to reject cookies. If you choose to remove cookies or reject cookies you will not be able to login and use the Service.
